Procurement Supervisor – Requirements
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement or procurement management.
* Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience developing and implementing procurement strategies.
* Strong knowledge of purchase orders, supplier management, and timely delivery.
* Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple departments for material and equipment requirements.
* Experience preparing procurement reports, including financial and cost analysis.
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Procurement Specialist – Requirements
* Diploma, vocational qualification, or relevant professional training in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in offshore, marine, catering, hospitality, or remote-location operations.
* Strong experience in food and catering procurement, including fresh, frozen, dry, and non-food items.
* Experience handling procurement requirements for offshore vessels, barges, camps, or remote locations.
* Experience dealing with local suppliers, food suppliers, logistics companies, and service providers.
* Ability to source materials according to menu requirements, stock levels, crew requirements, and project schedules.
* Experience coordinating deliveries according to vessel schedules and operational requirements.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
* Strong attention to cost control, documentation, reporting, and accuracy.
