The Senior Genset Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and operational readiness of Carrier and Thermo King diesel generator sets used to power refrigerated containers during transportation and temporary storage.
The role ensures maximum equipment availability, compliance with safety requirements, minimization of operational downtime, and reliable cold-chain continuity for customers.
The technician shall possess advanced knowledge of diesel engines, generator systems, electrical control circuits, reefer power requirements, telematics, and preventive maintenance programs applicable to modern Carrier PowerLine and Thermo King SG-series gensets.
