Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, and machining center machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Load raw materials and monitor machining operations.
Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as required.
Measure finished products using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Troubleshoot machining issues and report equipment malfunctions.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance procedures.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
