1. Understand & follow PTW, LOTO & Safety requirements
2. Understand the Brown field work procedure (H2S area)
3. Initial Start- up the SRU plant
4. Line up the System and basic knowledge about the Steam system, Reactors, Burners, Strainers, preheaters
5. Basic knowledge about P&ID checks, line tracing, Isolation plan, preventive maintenance
6. Strong knowledge about Pumps priming & start up
7. Strong knowledge about blower start-up.
