Salary - Based on experience
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in 380 kV Electrical Substations.
Experience in SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) and/or Saudi Aramco substation projects.
Experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) construction projects is preferred.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Registration is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare technical and commercial tender proposals.
Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and bid documentation.
Obtain vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with suppliers during the tendering stage.
Participate in client clarification and pre-bid meetings.
Ensure all tenders comply with company procedures and commercial guidelines.
Prepare complete handover documentation after successful bid awards.
Review project specifications, drawings, and market requirements.
Identify commercial and technical risks during bid preparation.
Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of 380 kV GIS/AIS substations.
Experience with EPC transmission and substation projects.
Familiarity with SEC and Saudi Aramco standards and specifications.
Excellent communication and proposal preparation skills.
Ability to work independently under tight tender submission deadlines.
