*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Valid Overhead Crane Operator Certification or License (where applicable).
* Minimum 2 years of experience operating overhead cranes in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
* Basic knowledge of safe lifting practices and overhead crane operations.
C. Role & Responsibilities
* Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently to move materials, equipment, and finished products.
* Perform daily pre-operation inspections of the crane and report any defects immediately.
*Lift, transport, load, unload, and position steel plates, pipes, and other materials according to production requirements.
*Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and production personnel during lifting operations.
* Ensure all lifting activities are performed within the crane's rated capacity.
* Always follow approved lifting procedures and safety requirements.
* Stop crane operations immediately if unsafe conditions are observed.
* Maintain accurate daily operational and inspection records.
* Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance department.
* Maintain cleanliness of the crane cabin/control station and surrounding work area.
* Comply with all company HSE policies and wear the required PPE.
*Support Production activities to achieve daily operational targets.
D. Accountability & Authority Accountability
*Safe operation of the overhead crane. • Protection of personnel, materials, equipment, and company property during lifting operations.
*Conducting daily inspections and reporting equipment defects.
* Compliance with lifting procedures and HSE requirements.
*Accurate completion of operational records
