Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management
✔ Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer
✔ GPA: 3/4 or 4/5
✔ Preferred Nationality: Saudi
✔ Facility Management / IFMA Certification preferred
Key Skills
Building Management System (BMS) operation and monitoring
HVAC systems design, operation, and maintenance
Water distribution, drainage, and gas systems
Electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems
Mechanical equipment maintenance (pumps, fans, chillers, boilers)
Energy-efficient systems and best practices
Building codes, standards, and engineering compliance
AutoCAD or Revit proficiency
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills
Knowledge of engineering practices, US/Aramco codes, standards, and specifications
Responsibilities
Perform engineering analysis, design, and project coordination.
Support engineering, maintenance, and operational functions.
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes and standards.
Manage maintenance activities and provide technical solutions for facility systems.
