HVAC Technician | Saudi Aramco Projects
Experienced HVAC Technician with hands-on experience working on Saudi Aramco projects and facilities, including Safaniya, Tanajib, Fadhili, Uthmaniyah and Khurais. Responsible for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and servicing of various HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of AHU, FCU, FAHU, Chiller and Package/ DX units.
- Troubleshooting of compressors, motors, pumps, thermostats, sensors, capacitors and HVAC control systems.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance according to approved maintenance schedules.
- Refrigeration system troubleshooting, refrigerant charging, leak detection and performance checking
- Electrical and control troubleshooting related to HVAC equipment.
- Carrying out inspection, cleaning, servicing and performance testing of HVAC equipment.
- Supporting breakdown maintenance and ensuring HVAC systems remain operational.
- Working according to Saudi Aramco HSE requirements, safety procedures, work permits and site regulations.
- supporting certification/documentation.
- WPR (Work Permit Receiver) Certified/Authorized, with experience in following and implementing approved work-permit procedures.
- Familiar with Saudi Aramco work permit system, JSA/JHA, toolbox meetings, safety requirements and site procedures.
- Coordinating with supervisors, technicians and other maintenance teams to complete planned and emergency HVAC works safely and efficiently.
Certifications / Authorizations:
CWQAP Certified – Relevant Saudi Aramco certification/documentation available.
