Diagnose and repair refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
Operate and maintain York and Trane Chillers (100–500 TR) and monitor system performance.
Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and attend emergency breakdowns.
Inspect, repair, and replace compressors, motors, pumps, thermostats, sensors, valves, and control components.
Perform brazing, leak testing, gas charging, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems.
Operate DDC/BMS systems and monitor HVAC equipment.
Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and daily checklists.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Work effectively with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operation.
