Responsibilities:
Operate CAT 140K/140H/14M or equivalent motor graders.
Perform rough and fine grading, subgrade preparation, road profiling, and final surface finishing.
Carry out cutting, leveling, and shaping according to project specifications.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
Follow all HSE and site safety requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience operating motor graders.
Proven experience in road construction and earthworks.
Ability to read grading stakes and engineering drawings.
Valid heavy equipment operator license (preferred).
Transferable Iqama is an advantage.
