Job Responsibilities
Operate XCMG motor graders safely and efficiently for road and infrastructure projects.
Perform rough and fine grading, subgrade preparation, embankment formation, and final trimming.
Execute cut & fill operations, slope grading, shoulder formation, and drainage shaping.
Prepare sub-base, aggregate base course (ABC), and granular fill to project specifications.
Read and interpret road alignment drawings, cross-sections, level sheets, and survey markings.
Coordinate with surveyors, site engineers, and foremen to achieve required grades and tolerances.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic preventive maintenance of the equipment.
Comply with all HSE policies, site safety procedures, and client requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience operating motor graders on road and earthworks projects.
Experience operating XCMG Motor Graders (or equivalent CAT, SDLG, LiuGong, or Komatsu graders).
Strong knowledge of road construction, grading, and earthworks.
Experience on highway, infrastructure, industrial, or utility projects.
Ability to work from engineering drawings and survey information.
Experience with GPS machine control systems (Trimble, Leica, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Valid Saudi Heavy Equipment Operator License.
Transferable Iqama is preferred.
