Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor cum Manager to join our Turkish restaurant in Riyadh.
Requirements:
* 5–10 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Turkish or Middle Eastern restaurants.
* Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Arabic nationals are preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Pleasant personality with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
* Good knowledge of social media platforms and restaurant marketing.
* Familiar with Saudi restaurant regulations, municipality requirements, and food safety standards.
* Ability to manage daily restaurant operations, staff, inventory, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
