Job Title: Supervisor – Remote Area Clinic (RAC) Operations

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Area Clinic (RAC) Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of remote medical clinics and emergency medical services at industrial and construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with JHAH Remote Area Clinic Standards (RACS), Ministry of Health regulations, and company policies while maintaining high standards of patient care, operational readiness, and staff performance. The role aligns with the governance, staffing, quality, and operational requirements defined in the RACS manual.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of Remote Area Clinics and ambulance services.
Ensure compliance with JHAH RACS, MOH, SCFHS, and company policies and procedures.
Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, deployment, and competency requirements.
Conduct regular clinic inspections, audits, and quality improvement activities.
Supervise physicians, nurses, paramedics, ambulance drivers, and administrative staff.
Coordinate clinic mobilization, commissioning, and operational readiness.
Monitor medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and inventory to ensure continuous availability.
Ensure emergency preparedness, disaster response planning, and medical evacuation procedures are maintained.
Review incident reports, patient documentation, and operational records for compliance.
Coordinate with clients, project management, HSE teams, and healthcare providers.
Support recruitment, orientation, onboarding, and annual staff performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
Prepare monthly operational reports, KPIs, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
Participate in client meetings, regulatory inspections, and quality audits.
Ensure all clinic licenses, staff credentials, and certifications remain valid.
Promote a culture of patient safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Emergency Medical Services, Allied Health, or a related healthcare discipline.
Valid professional license (SCFHS preferred for clinical applicants).
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for clinical candidates).
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.
At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience managing Remote Area Clinics, Industrial Clinics, Oil & Gas Medical Services, Construction Site Clinics, or Emergency Medical Services.
Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Experience with JHAH, Saudi Aramco, or similar industrial healthcare projects is an advantage.
