* Ability to take accurate site measurements.
* Ability to work independently from planning through installation.
* Ability to read drawings and execute work professionally.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find practical solutions when facing challenges during installation.
* Committed to quality, precision, and clean workmanship.
