Contract Details
Work Location: Remote
Contract Start: August 2026
Contract End: 31 December 2026
Extension: Subject to customer requirements and project continuation.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Telecommunications Engineering
Or an equivalent discipline
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Network & Security.
Experience supporting medium to large enterprise environments.
Experience working with multi-vendor network infrastructures.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience providing remote support to enterprise customers is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day enterprise network operations remotely.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents.
Perform Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Implement network changes and configuration updates.
Administer and optimize Aruba network infrastructure.
Configure and manage enterprise security platforms and VPN solutions.
Perform firmware upgrades and network lifecycle management.
Maintain technical documentation and monthly operational reports.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Recommend network performance and security improvements.
Ensure compliance with enterprise networking and security best practices.
