Responsibilities and qualifications includes ;
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, staffing arrangement and employee termination for site personnel.
Handle Ajeer transfer, GOSI registration, Iqama, visa, labor permit and gate pass procedures.
Manage employment contracts, attendance, payroll, staff discipline and labor relations.
Coordinate with Saudi labor authorities, main contractors and complete official registration & compliance audits.
Maintain personnel data, document validity tracking and ensure full site labor compliance.
Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of HR experience in Saudi construction projects.
Proficient in Ajeer/GOSI labor transfer, Iqama processing and Saudi labor laws.
Skilled in English written and verbal communication for site and official liaison.
Experienced in managing Chinese and foreign workers, familiar with Saudi labor compliance rules.
Able to work on-site, handle urgent document processing and emergency staff issues.
