a)Knowledge of various instruments and their operations to
ensure quality compliance as per Applicable code and Client
requirements.
b)Previous Manufacturing experience within the oil and gas
industry related to process skids, Experience with Saudi Aramco
Skid Manufacturing will be added advantage.
c)Instrument calibrations including ultrasonic flow meter, level
transmitters, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters,
etc.
d)A working knowledge of BS/IEC/ISO/API/ATEX/EEMUA codes
and standards relating to electrical and instrumentation work
e)Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of
practice, and regulations/legislation relating to electrical and
instrumentation work
f)Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package. Familiar
with other computer packages (eg. MS Project, Outlook, etc.)
a)Graduate/Diploma from university in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write and speak
English.
b)Saudi Aramco’s experience in the Process Skid manufacturing environment is a
must
a)Seven years’ work experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified
preferred but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
QC Inspector-Coating
a)Producing required E&I deliverables such as Inspection & Test Plans, Procedures as per client specifications and drawings
b)Support to estimation/sales department as and when required with respect to inspection determination
c)Supervise & inspect the technicians’ team during the execution of the job, to ensure a proper completion with regard to all required quality measures.
d)Review Data provided by any supplier in order to ensure its matching to the end user requirements, prior to material supply.
e)Keeping record/control of any drawings released for shop manufacture through Design Engineer(s).
f)Liaise with the Workshop on E&I Inspection-related queries.
g)liaise with TPI/AI/Client inspector for stage inspection to obtain product certification as per applicable codes, standards & customer requirements
h)Liaise with Project Team/Document Controller for the approval of Quality documents.
i)Coordinating with Supplier & Third party agencies for E&I material data and certificates examination
j)Liaising with relevant departments to prepare & maintain all the inspection records.
k)Set up and carry out continuous improvement of quality control within the organization
l)Liaise with relevant OGEI personnel and appraise projected completion targets that must be met or improved upon. Any anticipated delay is to be
brought to the attention of the department head of Quality.
m)Offer technical advice to the procurement coordinator and stores for the purchase of items as best suited.
n)Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on the Shop/site.
o)Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends Engineer non-conformances reports.
p)Checks cable laying and cable identification, Performs all relevant loop checks, Updates as-built drawings, and Performs punch-listing operations.
Checks power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, and lighting system.
q)Performs visual inspections, and dimensional tests, and checks rating and material for connection. Performs tests of continuity, and insulation
resistance. Calibrates safety valves. Calibrates instruments. Checks installation of instruments. Performs tests of functional instruments. Checks
pneumatic signal connection. Checks fiber optic cable. Performs test communication functionalities. Verify special processes and the relevant workers’
qualifications. Witness the tests, controls, and inspections carried out.
r) Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, and check procedures and equipment to be used in tests,
controls, and inspections, and manage documents certifying tests, controls, and inspections. Ensure the correct implementation of the approved
Inspection Test Plan.
s)Ensure written procedures exist for all activities in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards and that these procedures are adhered to.
t)Support, adhere, and promote the QHSE policy of the company, along with its ISO14001, OHSAS18001/ISO45001, and ISO9001 principles
u)Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Preparation of procedure, Inspection, and test plan in line with Code & client requirements
v)Inspect and verify through documents or certificates received from the supplier or sub-contractor for raw materials.
w)Coordinate with the warehouse when inspecting receipts, traceability, and raw materials.
x)Raw Material Certificate review, physical inspection, and relevant documentation preparation
y)Raw material traceability, identification, and recording of the results in the fabrication stage as per department procedure.
