We are looking for a Trainee R&D Engineer to join our Research & Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in Automotive Wiring Harness Design while working on real industry projects.
Requirements
• Fresh graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Understanding of electrical wiring and engineering drawings.
• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Automotive R&D.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
What You Will Learn
• Automotive Wiring Harness Design
• Wire routing and harness layout
• Reading customer drawings and specifications
• Engineering documentation and BOM preparation
• Automotive quality standards and product development
• Hands-on experience with industry projects
