The ideal candidate will assume full supervision over the execution of field projects, following up with work teams on a daily basis, and ensuring the readiness of all equipment and materials prior to the start of each project. Additionally, they will maintain continuous coordination with clients to ensure the work is executed according to the specified schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field project management.
Proven practical experience in glass installation and glass facade works.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage teams.
