Electrical Engineer with 5 years of construction experience in Saudi Arabia, specializing in LV and MV electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Strong expertise in site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of power distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, lighting, earthing and ELV systems in compliance with SEC, SBC, IEC, and NEC standards. Proven ability to coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, manage shop drawings, material submittals, inspections, and method statements. Experienced in site supervision, quality control, HSE compliance, and progress reporting, with a solid understanding of Saudi construction practices, work permits, and project delivery requirements. Excellent communication skills (IELTS B2 – English) and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability in critical projects

EXPERIENCE Job Responsibilities:  Review Project RFP, IFC Project documents.  Check and Review Design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals for electrical systems before submissions to the consultant.  Execute installation, testing & commissioning of Medium Voltage Systems (MV Switchgear, RMUs, Transformers & Standby Generators).  Execute installation, testing & commissioning of LV Panels (MDBs, SMDBs, Branch Panels, Control Panels, Capacitor Banks & Equipment Racks etc.)  Plan and supervise cable pulling, dressing, glanding and termination activities using approved materials and tools.  Supervise and plan the project execution according to the approved schedule.  Responsible for raising the RFIs and MIRs to conduct inspections along with client representatives. Prepare the corresponding inspection reports stating the comments / results of the inspections and make recommendations for the necessary corrective / rectification works.  Conduct actual inspections on the electrical equipment and materials to check and ensure that the materials.  Execute the testing and commissioning of electrical installation works.  Coordinate with other departments, such as civil, architecture, and mechanical, to ensure job success & avoid clashes.  Dealing with suppliers for quotations, prequalification.  Making comparisons of different suppliers based on quotations, delivery of materials & availability of materials.  Raising POs & PRs to the suppliers for materials.  Follow up with the suppliers for material deliveries on site.
