• Plan and schedule deliveries
• Stay in touch with customers, drivers, ports, and warehouses
• Track vehicle movements and make sure deliveries are on time
• Prepare transport documents and keep operational records up to date
• Deal with day-to-day operational issues as they come up
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in transport or logistics operations
• Good understanding of Bahrain's transportation industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, email, and WhatsApp
• Able to work under pressure and manage several tasks at once
