* Proven experience in an Asian restaurant.
* Expertise in preparing:
* Dumplings
* Wontons
* Sushi
* Noodles
* Other authentic Asian dishes
* Strong knowledge of Japanese, Chinese, and other Asian cuisines.
* High standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
