Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain accurate records of employee information, IQAMA, GOSI, medical insurance, and other legal documents.
*Must have good Knowledge of MUDAD, QIWA, CoC, GOSI.
*Process and Manage Business service through the Saudi Business Center (SBC) Platform.
*Monitor employee attendance, leave, absenteeism, and overtime.
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
*Liaise with clients regarding manpower requirements, replacements, and workforce performance.
*Ensure all employees have valid documentation before deployment.
*Follow up on visa, IQAMA renewal, medical insurance, and other compliance requirements.
*Resolve employee and client issues related to deployment and attendance.
*Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Saudi labor laws.
*Support emergency manpower mobilization whenever required.

*Required Qualifications*:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in manpower coordination, facility management, construction, or staffing companies.
Experience in the Saudi Arabian manpower industry is preferred.
Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and workforce regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with HRMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
