This role combines daily fresh juice preparation and production with developing new recipes and unique flavor combinations.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in fresh juice formulation, flavor pairing, and beverage innovation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fresh juice preparation and beverage production.
Experience in developing fresh juice and beverage recipes.
Strong understanding of fresh fruits, natural ingredients, flavor pairing, and taste balancing.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique, premium beverages.
Knowledge of recipe standardization for commercial production.
Background in Food Science, Beverage Technology, or Culinary Arts is an advantage.
