We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Specialist** to drive business growth, expand our customer portfolio, and strengthen our market presence in Saudi Arabia.
### Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, and corporate clients.
* Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Warehousing services.
* Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* **2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.**
* Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, customs procedures, and supply chain solutions.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Existing customer network in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
* Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
* Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
