High Security: The main gate downstairs remains locked 24/7; keys are only provided to flat members.
Our Preferences:
Looking for a Single Executive Bachelor (Solo occupant, no sharing).
The person must have an official/proper job.
We love cleanliness and expect the new roommate to maintain hygiene and keep the flat clean.
