Design reviews and modifications, Procurement activities, Material verification, Installation oversight, supervision

Position: Mechanical Engineer
Responsible for the maintenance and the operation of all MEP systems in the project and all
related duties such as procurements, work plans, reports, maintenance contracts, etc.
Hands-on experience:
The scope of work of the above projects is as follows:
â?¢ Contracting: My expertise in the Construction field extends across all Mechanical Systems which includes HVAC
system, Fire Fighting system, Plumbing systems etc. I have extensive experience in the Construction of all the
Mechanical Systems, and I am proficient in Testing and commissioning them to ensure optimal performance. In
addition, I have experience in Tendering and Quantity survey of Mechanical Systems, ensuring that all projects
are executed within budget and to the highest standards. My technical knowledge is not limited to Mechanical
Systems, as I also possess a good understanding of Electrical Systems. Moreover, I have knowledge in civil
works, including Waterproofing and Finishing, which enables me to coordinate effectively with other

â?¢ Facility Management: Operation & Maintenance of all MEP systems, Planning and coordinating all installations
and refurbishments, Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards,
inspecting buildings, structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations & Creating reports on
maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
â?¢ Coordination of all MEP works in construction interface, preparation, execution, monitoring, and testing
all HVAC, firefighting, plumbing and drainage system as per the specification .
â?¢ Being deeply involved in resolving all the technical issues which related to site and drawings.
â?¢ BOQ preparation, analysis & price estimation for all mechanical systems, and tender preparation for contractors.
â?¢ Coordinate between Subcontractors and solving all the technical issues and problems
â?¢ Controlling and supervising all the site teams in terms of productivity, Quality, and man-hours
consumption to meet the project budget.
â?¢ Materials Submittal Preparation as per the project specifications and standards.
â?¢ Testing & commissioning of all Mechanical Systems.
â?¢ Inspect and certify the delivered materials, to be considered in the monthly interim payment application
as material on-site items.
â?¢ Vendors list preparations for any new clients or projects.
â?¢ Payment certificates for contractors.
â?¢ Operation & Maintenance of all MEP systems, supervising all technicians that are responsible for
operations and maintenance of the project.
