Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, coffee station, and service equipment.
Replenish supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
Address customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter, barista, or in food and beverage service is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
