**Requirements:**
* **8–10 years of experience** as a Painting Foreman.
* Strong knowledge of surface preparation, putty, primer, painting, texture coating, epoxy, waterproofing, and decorative finishes.
* Ability to supervise painting teams and ensure high-quality workmanship.
* Experience in planning daily activities, managing manpower, and coordinating site work.
* Good knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
* **Valid Iqama with physical Iqama card is mandatory.**
* Immediate joining preferred.
