Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Facility Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in facility maintenance and be able to respond quickly to maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities
1.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
2.Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
3.Inspect building systems to identify faults and ensure safe operation.
4.Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns.
5.Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Install, replace, and maintain facility equipment and fixtures.
6.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
7.Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders.
8.Coordinate with supervisors and contractors when required.
