A Saudi-based engineering consultancy is seeking a qualified structural engineering freelancer or subconsultant for an urgent assignment in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The scope covers independent review and validation of an existing structural design package, full structural redesign, and production of a complete IFC and tender package including Structural Basis of Design, coordinated ETABS and SAFE models, IFC-level drawings, reinforcement schedules and an unpriced BOQ — all in compliance with the current Saudi Building Code (SBC 201, 301, 303, 304). Candidates must hold valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration, demonstrate a minimum of seven years' experience on Saudi projects, and possess advanced competency in ETABS, SAFE and AutoCAD with proven experience in RC flat-slab systems, foundation design and seismic design. The engagement is lump-sum, remote with online coordination meetings, and requires full editable-file delivery.
