Position Information
• Position Title: CNC Operator
• Department: SEALS and O-rings Production
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Required Start Date: Immediate
Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing,
Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and general computer operation).
Required Knowledge
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Basic knowledge of industrial gaskets and sealing products.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments is an advantage.
Required Skills
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Available to work during emergencies, including weekends and days off, when
business needs require.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.
Experience
• Previous CNC machine operating experience is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production is an advantage.
Other Requirements
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Committed to company policies and safety procedures.
