We are urgently looking for experienced Polyurethane Casting Operators for a manufacturing factory in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in polyurethane casting.
Experience with TDI & MDI polyurethane systems.
Knowledge of mold preparation, mixing, pouring, curing, demolding, trimming, and finishing.
Familiarity with vacuum degassing and curing cycles.
Ability to read technical data sheets and follow safety and quality procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare molds and casting equipment.
Mix and pour polyurethane materials according to specifications.
Demold, inspect, trim, and finish cast products.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with all safety procedures.
