- Expert in Lahori Nashta, including Halwa Puri, Paya, Nihari, Chana, Siri Paya, Paratha, and Lassi
- Skilled in preparing authentic Pakistani Desi Cuisine, including Chicken & Mutton Karahi, Biryani, Pulao, Handi, Haleem, BBQ, Korma, Saag, Daal, and other traditional dishes
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani spices, recipes, and food presentation
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality
Fast Food Expert Requirements
- Experienced in preparing Burgers, Shawarma, Sandwiches, Wraps, Broast, French Fries, Fried Chicken, and other fast-food items
- Skilled in making Fresh Juices, Milkshakes, Smoothies, Mojitos, and other beverages
