**Requirements:**
* **Indian nationality.**
* Minimum **10 years of management experience** in leading woodworking production and workshop operations.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise production teams.
* Proven ability to solve technical problems during manufacturing and on-site installation by developing practical and effective solutions.
* Strong experience in reading and reviewing technical drawings.
* Experience in production planning, task allocation, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
* Strong decision-making skills with a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
