Job Description
The IT/Software Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving the company's IT infrastructure and software systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support company IT systems, networks, and software applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
Develop, test, and deploy software solutions as required by operations
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies
Coordinate with vendors and other departments on IT-related matters
Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and changes
Provide technical support and training to staff when needed
Requirements
Must hold SCHFS certification as an Engineer, with Mosadaqa attestation
Must currently be residing in KSA with a transferable Iqama
Must have prior professional experience working within KSA
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
