GDS Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with major GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
Experience: Minimum []2] years of experience working in a travel agency or ticketing office.
Skills:
Proficiency in flight bookings, re-issuances, refunds, and itinerary planning.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
📋 Main Responsibilities:
Issue, reissue, and cancel flight tickets via GDS platforms.
Handle holiday packages, hotel reservations, and customer travel inquiries.
Provide excellent support and guidance to clients regarding travel policies and requirements.
