Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled STP/RO Plant Operator to operate and maintain Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. The successful candidate will ensure efficient plant operation, monitor water quality, and perform routine maintenance in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor STP and RO systems.
* Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
* Monitor water quality parameters such as pH, TDS, conductivity, turbidity, and chlorine.
* Maintain operating logs and daily reports.
* Handle chemical dosing and regeneration of RO systems.
* Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in STP/RO plant operations.
* Knowledge of water treatment processes, RO membranes, filters, pumps, and chemical dosing systems.
* Ability to perform water quality testing and basic laboratory analysis.
* Good communication skills in English.
Preferred:
* Experience in industrial or construction projects.
* Knowledge of wastewater treatment and RO plant maintenance.
* Transferable Iqama (for Saudi Arabia).
