A leading construction company in Jeddah is looking for an experienced Planning & Procurement Engineer with a strong background in construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules, monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery.
Prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs), Material Requests, Inspection Requests (IR/PIR), and procurement documentation.
Review BOQs, technical drawings and support estimation activities.
Prepare S-Curves, Histograms, Look-Ahead Schedules, WBS, Baseline Schedules and Critical Path Analysis.
Monitor manpower planning, project resources and project cash flow.
Maintain QA/QC and procurement records in line with project requirements.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution and reporting.
Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Support project close-out documentation and final reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Planning, Procurement or Project Controls within the construction industry.
Construction industry background is mandatory.
Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Power BI will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple project activities.
