Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of experience in building and infrastructure construction projects.
Extensive experience in Saudi Aramco and Royal Commission projects.
Candidate must have previously been approved by Saudi Aramco PMT for the same or a similar position on a Saudi Aramco project.
Job Description
Lead all project control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and monitor project schedules, cost plans, and progress measurement systems.
Prepare project performance reports, forecasts, and recovery plans.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, productivity, and cost control.
Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco project control procedures and reporting requirements.
Support project management in achieving project milestones within schedule and budget.
