We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Accountant to join our Ready Mix Concrete company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial aspects of the factory operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The position is available for immediate start, and the candidate should be ready to transfer sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage factory accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, Zakat, and tax requirements
- Monitor and control factory expenses, cost of production, and inventory management
- Process payroll, employee benefits, and other HR-related financial tasks
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and ensure timely submission of reports
- Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local regulations, and Zakat/Tax laws
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
