We are looking for a Teacher Assistant to support classroom activities while primarily serving as a Healthcare Facilitator at the school site. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a healthcare or nursing-related background who are passionate about supporting students in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist teachers with small groups or individual students under teacher supervision.
✅ Support classroom administrative and non-professional duties.
✅ Serve as a Healthcare Facilitator to support student health and wellbeing.
✅ Assist with clerical tasks and operate office, audio-visual, and duplicating equipment.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 60 semester hours of post-secondary education or 2 years of academic training beyond high school.
✔ Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience.
✔ Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
✔ Good typing skills and ability to use office and audio-visual equipment.
✔ Ability to build positive rapport with students and staff.
✔ Healthcare facilitator or nursing-related experience is preferred.
