We are looking for an **experienced Team Leader cum Recruiter** with a strong background in **food delivery logistics**.
### **Key Responsibilities**
✅ Handle daily rider operations
✅ Resolve rider issues and app-related queries
✅ Improve rider performance and productivity
✅ Recruit and onboard new delivery riders
✅ Coordinate with Operations and Fleet teams
✅ Monitor KPIs and ensure smooth daily operations
### **Requirements**
✔ Proven experience in food delivery logistics (HungerStation, Keeta, Jahez, or similar platforms)
✔ Strong knowledge of daily delivery operations and rider management
✔ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
✔ Experience in rider recruitment and onboarding
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
