In my previous role I worked as both Survey Engineer and Civil Draftsman. As a Surveyor, I
daily calibrate survey instruments and cross-check with drawing coordinates and levels. I was
responsible for setting out, taking levels, finding coordinates, and preparing as-built survey
reports.
As a Draftsman, I prepared detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
in AutoCAD as per site dimensions. I also have the ability to calculate material quantities
accurately. Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), Material Demand Summary,
measurement sheets and interim Payment Certificate (IPC’s).
I also prepare Daily Progress Reports and construction documentation for the engineer.
Safety is my first priority, so I always ensure myself and my team follow PPE (Personal
Protective Equipment) rules..
