Requirements----
To deliver accurate and competitive electrical cost estimates for MEP and ELV projects while supporting MV and LV system evaluations. The role focuses on analyzing drawings, preparing BOQs, validating technical requirements, and coordinating with procurement and engineering teams to ensure precise pricing and solid bid submissions for construction and infrastructure projects.
06 Key Responsibilities
1. Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine the exact scope of Electrical works across MEP, ELV, MV, and LV systems.
2. Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed BOQs, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor scopes.
3. Develop competitive technical and commercial proposals aligned with project requirements, client expectations, and industry standards.
4. Conduct quantity take-offs for electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, cabling, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, BMS, and related ELV disciplines.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, evaluate pricing options, and ensure cost-optimized solutions.

1. Strong MEP
estimation background (HVAC electrical scope, power, lighting, grounding, containment, cable sizing).
2. ELV system estimation: Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, MATV, Data/Structured Cabling, Public Address, Intercom.
3. Solid understanding of MV & LV distribution networks.
4. Proficient in QTO, BOQ preparation, and cost breakdown structures.
5. Knowledge of Saudi market materials,
