Experience: 5+ years of experience in E&I estimation and planning (preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or construction settings).
Tech Skills: Solid hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel.
E&I Know-How: Good understanding of LV/MV electrical power, field instruments, and control systems (DCS/PLC).
