📋 Key Responsibilities:
Carrier Platform Management: Proficiently handle and navigate various shipping line portals and platforms.
Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all export documentation, including bookings, manifest preparation, and shipping instructions.
Pricing & Negotiation: Accurately price freight services and negotiate competitive rates with ocean carriers and inland transporters.
Inland Transportation Coordination: Oversee truckers and inland hauliers for timely container pick-up, movement, and gate-in/gate-out at ports and yards.
Container Tracking: Closely track container status and update clients on shipment milestones in real-time.
Full Freight Operations: Oversee all daily operational aspects of freight forwarding, ensuring zero delays and error-free execution.
