We are seeking a qualified Operations Specialist to join our logistics and operations team.

Only candidates with direct hands-on experience in operations, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or a relevant degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration will be evaluated. Generic or irrelevant applications will be automatically filtered out.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations for sea, air, and land freight shipments.
• Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, customs brokers, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare, review, and verify import/export documentation and compliance records.
• Monitor shipment milestones, resolve operational escalations, and handle delays.
• Prepare operational tracking reports and maintain accurate data records.
📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or operations management (or a specialized degree in Supply Chain / Logistics).
2. Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and ERP/logistics management software.
3. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
4. Valid transferable Iqama (for candidates based in Saudi Arabia).
