Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator / 4G–6G Welder with experience in metal fabrication and advanced welding techniques. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading technical drawings, fabricating metal components, and performing high-quality welds in 4G (Overhead) and 6G (Fixed Pipe) positions while maintaining industry safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform metal fabrication, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly of steel and metal components.
Carry out welding in 4G (Overhead) and 6G (Fixed Pipe) positions.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Prepare materials and welding equipment before fabrication.
Perform MIG, TIG, ARC (SMAW), or FCAW welding as required.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Repair defective welds and perform rework when necessary.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.
Work independently and as part of a fabrication team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding.
Proven experience in 4G and 6G welding.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding procedures.
Knowledge of welding techniques, metal properties, and fabrication processes.
Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and structural steel fabrication.
Welding certification (AWS, ASME, or equivalent) is preferred.
Physically fit and able to work in demanding industrial environments.
