Key Responsibilities:

•Design & Engineering: Develop detailed electrical designs for Main Distribution Boards (MDBs), Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs), Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Synchronizing Panels, and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panels.
•Create accurate Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and General Arrangement (GA) layout drawings.
•Perform critical electrical calculations, including short-circuit analysis, discrimination studies, current transformer (CT) sizing, and protection coordination.
•Component Selection & Documentation: Component Selection & Documentation Select optimal LV components (circuit breakers, contactors, relays, meters, PLCs) based on technical performance and cost.
•Prepare comprehensive and accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part lists for the procurement and production teams. Maintain thorough document control, ensuring all revisions, closeouts, and "as-built" drawings are properly tracked and filed.
•Compliance & Standards: Ensure all panel designs comply with the IEC 61439 standard and other relevant regional or international codes. Align designs with local utility and safety regulations.
•Stakeholder & Production Support: Provide engineering support during manufacturing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and site commissioning. Collaborate closely with sales and project management teams to interpret client requirements and review technical submittals.

Qualifications & Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in LV switchgear design and application.
Software Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or Revit.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of power distribution, motor control systems, and switchgear protection schemes.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
